Devon Hamilton was the technician that serviced our refrigerator today. He diagnosed our problem and fixed our plugged up defrost drain. Devon was knowledgeable and explained our leaking drain causes. I recommend The appliance Doctor for refrigerator problems. Ask for Devin if you want a great employee that knows his stuff.

Brent Burch is an excellent technician. He was prompt in coming to the appointment and easily diagnosed the problem. Part ordered and he returned to install. The repair session was handled very well. If needed, I would be happy if he was assigned to our house.

We had an excellent experience with the Appliance Doctor. We had a repairman come out to repair our old dishwasher and once diagnosed and we received the estimate to repair, we opted for a new one. AD technicians were excellent and thorough. We received next day delivery of the new one. We picked out the new one with help from their sales dept. never even leaving the house. The easiest purchase ever and we are very pleased!

From the initial phone call for information, placing the order, setting up delivery and delivery installation, and haul away of old appliances, everyone was professional, helpful and did a great job. Had my first experience/impression with The Appliance Doctor. Glad to say I was properly diagnosed and repaired Faster Than Light (FTL). The technician (Mr. Xavier) was courteous, friendly, informative, prompt, timely, and efficient at performing his repair services. And the price for the services were fair. I have been owning rental properties for over 30 years and know when I have been on the wrong end; this was by far my most enjoyable repair technician experience. The next time your appliance get sick call "The Appliance Doctor".
