When it works, it's fabulous!

We have this installed in our home and in July the magnetron went out. It's hard to get service on a built-in unit and it cost us $682.00 to have it repaired. Now it has been 7 months and the same thing has happened again. I really love the way this looks and it works great... when it works. I'm sick about the cost of having this repaired again and feel paralyzed by it. I know I have not done anything to mistreat it or abuse it and don't understand why we are faced with this dilemma again.

This combination oven works great. It has many features and the Microwave doubles as a convection oven. The many features allow you to do just about anything and the Easy Convection feature makes convection cooking simple. All in all a great Microwave/oven combination

I bought this unit because it looked so good in the show room. I like the idea to have a microwave and oven on top. The unit fit perfectly into the old space. This unit makes my kitchen looks smart.

Very easy to use and love the look of it. I had read that it is slow to pre heat but it actually preheats faster then my previous oven. Love it.

Very dissappointed because almost a year after purchasing, the mother board went out on it. We had it replaced at no charge, but I though KitchenAid was better than that and we should have been inconvenienced with wait to have it fixed.
