Do not buy if you bake anything

This oven is a piece of crap. I use to be a professional baker and the baking is just horrible. Most of the items I bake around 15 to 20 minutes longer and nothing browns. I even called support because I thought there could be something wrong. After 2 40 minutes calls. I'm not exaggerating one was 42 minutes and one was 41 minutes someone was able to come out. He told me that the temp was fine. Its supposed to drop 40 degrees everytime you open the door and there was nothing else that could be done. I just didn't understand how the oven worked. So now I'm stuck with an oven that doesn't really bake. On the pluse side Frigidaire has been enthusiasticly sending me notification to make sure my warranty it current. I'm sure that has nothing to do with the oven not working.
